This unique unit was designed to fit 24½", 26" and 27" sleeves, including many from our competitors. To ensure a neat, finished appearance, all units come with a two-piece trim ring that covers up to a 1" gap between the top of the unit and the sleeve and up to a ½" gap on the sides.

Uni-Fit is also an excellent value for new installations. It has a sleek contemporary design and can mount flush with an exterior wall for a clean look so you keep your window view.

Operation Features:
