Learn how to convert your Contours Bliss stroller from a Pram to a Stroller Seat. First, feed the restraints through the openings in the removable pad and remove the pad.
At the bottom of the seat, squeeze the two tabs together and push up on the leg support bar under the seat until it locks into place.
Then, adjust the seat to the upright position.
At the top of the seat, push the support bar in towards the back of the seat and attach the buckle.
